Although the results of my case are pending, I spoke with Rachel within just a few hours of reaching out to the law firm. The Firm was very quick to respond. She was as prompt, professional, and kind as could be. My particular case was unexpected and it's going to be a process, however, she assured me that everything will be taken care of from here on out and not to worry.
