I hired Mr. Kevin Monahan to do a probate for a property that I purchased. He was happy to take my money. He has not completed the job every time I try to contact him. I get no answer and no call back. I was referred to him by a title company in Palatka. That is now out of business do not hire this guy unless you want to throw your money in the toilet

My fiancé paid Mr. Monohan to take care of the paperwork for his property. Has been nothing but headaches dealing with Mr. Monohan, as he never completed what we paid him to do. He has been completely rude on the phone and told us he doesn’t want to talk right now and to call the next day. Mr. Monohan hasn’t answered the phone or emails or called us back. Completely unprofessional and dishonest.

I hired Monahan for a VOP case. He was happy to take my money but quickly afterwards wouldn't return calls, emails, texts, was late to court, just to get an extension! I couldn't even get him on the phone to FIRE him. Then he only gave me half my money back, for doing none of the work. He's cheap, but lazy!

Good man dose his job and dose it will i will not use anyone else other then him helped my husband get out of jail and home in my arms

Did work for me he didn't even charge for. Seems concerned about people's problems.
