THIS CONTINUING HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEEDS TO BE SAID; Call to 911 led Mohave Deputy's finest to arrive on a CAD-CALL address: Deputy choose to take three conflicting witness statements from the WRONG address and conclude to arrest the complainant/victim who called 911! ( It is fair to say this Impeached Deputy concluded arresting a senior citizen easier than to arrest two lying habitual convicted felons). Blame goes to the Sheriff of Mohave County for this poorly trained inexperienced Deputy's probable cause actions! The County Prosecutor's failure to see the conflict in the witnesses statements along with the lack to Burden of Proof. (Defending Premises and Property).The Public Defender assigned has little experience in presenting the FACTS! Who has experience representing guilty persons
