Everything was great until I paid. I was recommended the company through my husband's work after he passed. I met with Jennifer and we got probate started. We also planned my estate as well. Once everything was finished for which I was paying, everything else stopped too. It's been a nightmare to get a return phone call or email. For six months I called and called to see if there'd been anything once I received the letter that told me it was in court. Finally I called the courts and discovered my husband's Missouri estate had been settled and I should have received a letter, but the lawyer definitely had a copy. With that knowledge I was finally able to get a copy of that letter from Jennifer. There's still an Illinois estate to settle though and I can't get anyone from her office

I am very happy to get consultation from Jennifer. My husband passed and I had to go through estate process. Even though her office was an hour ride from the place that I live, she made all the documentation and consultation easier for me through phone and emails. Due to her busy schedules I had to follow up couple times earlier to get response from her office but at the end she helped me with getting all paperwork done with court. I can even reach out to her anytime and she provides her valuable suggestions to relieve my stress and answer my queries. I am very grateful to receive her legal advice.
