Does not communicate very well. Emails sent and no reply. Phone calls to office and told they will follow up. Doesn’t follow up. We have to call back. Sent email 11/19/2025 with no reply. Follow up email sent 12/01/2025 with no reply. Those are not the only emails that have gone without reply. The office is fast to say they will help but do not have good communication with their clients.

I appreciate Jackie Mock with Mock Legal going above and beyond on a great win for our household! She was able to get better than expected results in the case. She offers a flat fee with payment options which really helped us out in the beginning. Thank you Jackie and staff. 10/10 recommend!

Horrible experience Jackie and her husband run the office her husband was completely unprofessional and after paying nearly $6,000 for a divorce that she did little to no work on. I had to fire her and hire a new attorney. Got none of that money back it was Horrible if you want professionals this is not the place

I have a friend using their services, no updates. Almost impossible to reach the actual attorney and not her husband. But they will be sure to receive payment. Do yourself a favor and avoid this law firm.
