My experience with them is bad. I have made several attempts to get in contact with said person assigned to my case. Well they don't contact me I have a case coming up I have information that proves my accuser has lied on me and is allowed to continue to harass me. But apparently they don't care it's my life but hey they could care less about what really has happened to me. The truth doesn't matter to them!

Employees were rude but process was quick.
