I have to say, dealing with debt collectors in general is usually time consuming, stressful, and generally unpleasant. Moreover, it's unfortunate that I had to deal with this due to medical debt that I was going to start actively paying off by the end of the year, but stuff happens. But Erica and the rest of the folks at M.L. Zager P.C were super understanding of the situation, and offered me useful options to pay off this debt. They were always clear and informative about current statuses, best ways to pay, etc. They don't have an easy job as it is, so the fact that they weren't rude nor nasty to me was a breath of fresh air. We all find ourselves in tough situations, but it's companies like these that make things a tad bit more manageable.

Recently this company frozen my account. I have call green dot and the company to clear it up. The company can take only take 10%out the account per the judgment and the law. It's my pay check. It's been two weeks and my account is still frozen. I've called them over three times and everyone has been rude. I've asked them to send me the original contract and what the truck was sold for at auction and no response. This truck was over seven years ago and now they are doing this..... How long am I supposed to wait for my money that's frozen. All I want to know is a time frame and no one can tell me this.

This law firm will only call you if you were a patient at ORMC most likely and your insurance company didn’t submit your hospital bill. They’ll make you pay them back in full (legally) a horrible experience.

I was called for years by these people At work on my cell Most of The Times I wasn't very nice Because the bill was a mess up with the hospital and I didn't feel it was my responsibility to pay, so I blew it offEventually they got a court order against me And it hit when I was about to buy a house and was going to prevent me from getting my mortgage ,I paid it off but paperwork takes apparently 2 months Which the seller was not going to wait After a couple calls with Marie she was able to expedite it And help me out greatly .Everybody has a job to do not everybody likes their job Or the things they have to do at that job but everybody needs to make a living

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! IT GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL! THEY GET PAID TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND THEY CHOSE NOT TO ANSWER!
