Ariel was personable and initially very responsive—he even met with me the next day for a consultation and promised my professional corporation would be formed in about two weeks. Early on, he handled paperwork quickly, but after I paid, his responsiveness slowed significantly. I gave ample time between follow-ups and reached out via email to respect his schedule, but eventually he stopped communicating altogether. I haven’t heard from him in 6 weeks. He completed about 70% of the work, and I had to finish the rest myself. Disappointing experience, especially at the start of setting up my professional corporation.
