I am an international business person with significant experience across a range of firms, five jurisdictions and various matters. Mintz took my money and made repeated promises in writing, then failed to deliver. I would advise others to avoid this firm. They are not reliable and do not care about their clients.

I was referred to this law firm by a friend. For some reason I felt a drop-by might be easier to schedule an appointment instead of leaving message to website. Unfortunately, the front desk was anything but welcoming. I was met with a significant degree of arrogance and rudeness before I could even step inside. The phrase "Okay, I am being the nicest way here" was particularly off-putting. No empathy or polite at all, but arrogant. I understand that if it is not a good time, I could schedule something later for a virtual meeting. Even maybe they say ”hey your case is not our specialty, we cannot take it”, I understand. But “I am being the nicest way here”?? Wow. Standing downstairs 3 minutes, already feel like a criminal .
