A real nightmare. Honestly go find another estate attorney. There are plenty around who have integrity.

Some years ago Anthony Minko drew up a trust for my mother. Fast forward the calendar and here we are in 2021 and we are selling our mother’s house and looking at ways to do it within the parameters established by the trust. Since we had many questions we made an appointment to have a phone consultation with Anthony , a meeting which we were willing to pay for. At the last hour we get an e mail from his office cancelling the meeting due to other urgent client needs. Instead of offering to reschedule, they asked us to send him a list of questions and the reply was a condescending response saying the document speaks for itself and we can’t help you. This guy is a disaster and I’m sorry we worked with him and more sorry that we referred friends to him.
