Had a good experience with this firm on something that made me very nervous at first! Felt very uneasy after having a consultation with another firm that had made me feel they were just out for my money and not to help me! So I went to them after a recommendation from a close friend! They walked me through the process gave me other options about my situation and reassured me about my decision without being pushy as I felt with other firms. In the end they only charged me exactly what the state mandated and not more! I feel relieved and glad that had went to them! Thanks guys for getting my life back on track!

Mr. Funcia is a complete arrogant, irresponsible attorney, I only needed 3 min on the phone with him to understand that he only takes easy cases, cases that wont requiere skills, or time to analyze and understand the need of a client.. instead he'll assume, criticize, make fun of your circumstances, laugh at you and then he'll have the oddasity to tell you he wouldn't want to help you... No!!! Sr.... you are not helping, you are charging thousands of dollars, No.. you are not helping... I wouldn't want to give my hard earnest money to someone like you... Hopefully you e Become a responsible attorney and take each case for its face value, not by your assumptions... If it's to hard for you, just advertise as you should....
