Lady doing intake not the first call when she transferred me was EXTRA RUDE and CONDESCENDING to me. Because I was making good money prior to my legit injury she felt she was wasting time so she could talk to me any way she wanted? I have the conversation recorded for anyone who wants a playback she shouldn’t be allowed to answer phones. I can tell she’s Been there way too long and feels comfortable acting anyway she wants. First girl who answered the phone was nice and I could feel her smiling through the phone, Second Lady needs to take some pointers.
