Fair feedback about pros and cons: Our interaction gave the impression of an attorney who is energetic and intense, a paralegal who is hard-working and has a very professional telephone manner, and a patient investigator, which are great impressions and needed and appreciated. The cons are chaos, inability to streamline document processing at current technological standards, and incorrect information. We received forms without instructions on completing them, a process that should be effortless using Docusign, and we would get last-minute emails sent with a deadline each time that was different for the same form, each time with different comments, and this was just the initial paperwork. I have a property tax dispute that I was looking to be represented by this attorney. The date wasn't working for her and she asked to change the date. I chased the assessor's office to find other dates that would work for this attorney. When called to check w her again, I was told that she won't take my case anymore?! I would have appreciated a call to tell me this, instead now I'm 3 days away from the hearing and have to find another attorney. Not very professional.
