I dont have much experience in dealing with lawyers but I was recommended to contact Dave and I'm glad I did. HIGHLY recommend! I had a high-conflict, contentious post-judgment custody matter that has been dragging through the mud for two years while I tried to resolve it without legal counsel. The staff is wonderful, and Dave was the only attorney I consulted with that really listened, and offered immediate suggestions - before I had paid him a cent. I left that day equipped with a sheet of "homework".... and a feeling of hope that I was afraid was gone forever. Not only did Dave stand up for me in (and out) of court, he never backed down, and always gave me very straight-forward advice.
