The 800 number that screens calls. I called and the lady asked my name and income and said "Wow, you have that much income, you would never qualify" She was not compassionate or understanding at all and made me feel like I should never have called. She had me on speaker and did not seem the least bit interested in helping me. I am a senior citizen and while she might think I have a lot of income, I am sure it is a lot less than what she makes in a month. I was mislead that this was a service that reached out to help people, that they showed comfort, understanding. Today is 4/3/18 and I called at 9:00 am.
