Review of MidPenn Legal Services (Educational and Informational) I am sharing this review for educational purposes and for anyone who may feel uncertain about their own experience but lacks the language to name what went wrong. During my representation by licensed Pennsylvania attorney Dana Juliet Green (York Location), I experienced serious professional failures, including lack of informed consent, misrepresentation of material facts, and loss of housing and property access. Absolutely horrible!!!! I honestly don't know how the attorney assigned to my case passed the bar. He couldn't remember what we discussed from day to day, never made calls he was supposed to make, never called when he said he would, never filed papers that needed to be filed, & when I asked to speak to his supervisor, she never returned calls. Good luck to anyone who uses them. You are going to need luck.

Please be careful before discussing anything with anyone in this office. I was in this office to discuss potential harassment charges against and next girlfriend and or filing a PFA. I had a 30 minute discussion laying out details of accounts to one of the representatives in the office only to find out two weeks later my ex girlfriend when into the office and they chose to represent her not me. After referring to the Pennsylvania code of Justice and the bar Association rules and standards this is a conflict of interest. When I went into discuss this with the attorney who represents the farm he said its not his responsibility to determine who they represent and sometimes not all the information is past along to him correctly.
