Let me tell you - she is the most amazing lawyer I have ever worked with! I have worked with her on my legal issues and my deceased brother’s will. She is so kind, patient, and empathetic. Above all she is extremely knowledgeable. Doesn’t mind if you ask questions. She offers all pros and cons, advises you on issues and will ultimately devise a plan that works for you, one which you understand and fits your needs. This lady is UNPROFESSIONAL in every sense of the word. Period. This firm does NOT NOT NOT follow up with clients, they will charge you for uncompleted tasks and then yell at you if you ask too many questions. The attorney gives false deadlines they will NOT meet. They set up 17 appointments when all could be handled in a day. And we found out the hard way that she will not stand behind her work. When you call to ask a question, you better not hurt Caitlyn's feelings because she will take it personal and you will be removed from service and then not be able to talk to the attorney, then if you do get through, MEG will not listen to you as the client, she only wishes to lash out and cut you off.
