Michele was hired to contest a will for my family she filed in the wrong court rooms and eventually told us that she was done working for us. leaving us to pay more money for another attorney she did nothing beneficial for our case at all. but she was sure to keep the money that we gave her for a retainer. We gave her a total I believe to be around 1500.00. We were told 1500.00 for an easy case and 2500.00 for worst case scenario when we inquired about a refund we were told no.I would suggest that you do your homework before hiring her. All she did was waste a lot of our time with promises and never delivered on anything. So be careful if you are thinking of hiring her.
Michelle took the retainer plus $1000 to file an emergency custody order/appeal which she failed to do. The outcome of her negligence has been devastating. DO NOT HIRE HER!
