Sends incompetent demand letter when his client is obviously in the wrong. Unable to read obvious facts or understand when no law has been broken. He clearly did not take the time to read and understand the bad material given by his client, and as a result the demand letter he wrote was full of factual errors and ridiculous insults. He was in fact so incompetent that it resulted in his client's $15,000 loan being canceled and I required him to make immediate payment in full. Totally his lawyer's fault. His incompetent demand letter only resulted in worse circumstances for his client. He's also been reprimanded for bad behavior by the NC state bar, this is public info.
