My experience with this lawyer was extremely bad and very disappointing. We hired him for a criminal case and paid approximately $4,000 expecting professional and responsible legal representation. Unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. From the beginning, communication was very poor. Every time we tried to ask questions about our own case or simply understand what was happening, he seemed to get irritated or annoyed that we were asking. As clients dealing with a serious criminal matter, we only wanted to understand the process and what was going on with our case, but instead we felt like we were bothering him. If you are looking for an attorney, please do not hire this man. My family is going through a difficult time, and he took advantage of us. We paid him over $4,000 for doing nothing. He claimed to meet with our family for long periods, but in reality, his meetings never lasted more than 40 minutes, sometimes only 10 minutes. When he visited the jail to meet with my family member, he never took notes or wrote down anything. This lawyer is useless and only cares about taking your money. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry and hired the first lawyer who replied to my family’s messages. Please be cautious and do your research before hiring this useless guy

Terrible experience I payed Michael ten thousand dollars to handle 2 cases of mine one a divorce and another a criminal charge. Michael did the least he could do for me never answered my calls never took depositions lied to me about how both cases were going while they were ongoing telling lies that effected my decision and was just trying to get me to sign so he could make an easy 10 grand.i did more for my case then he ever did we took my case to trial and he never read the discovery to my case till the night before. What I should have done was read the reviews first. They are spot on in Michael's case. He returns calls weeks later (if at all) and does the least possible to assist in your case. He talks a good game at first like most attorneys do but he has no intention of actually doing anything. Lazy, yes. Incompetent, yes. He will show up to court but that's about it. I sat in court and clearly understood the judges direction to Mr. Schneider and what did he do, nothing. You get what you pay for with Michael Schneider, which is nothing much. Find an attorney who at least cares, a little.

By far the the worst lawyer!! Very lazy, always has an excuse for everything/anything… WANTS people to pay in full and then doesn’t do his job at all… made my case go on for 2 in a half years, when it could’ve been done in 6months… he gives a bad name to lawyers in Naples… PLS do Not hire this wanttobelawyer!!!
