My experience at Michael Hua was amazing. I wish I could spell her name but he had two other female partners that are wonderful and ecstatic. Every time I called to check on my case they never dented my call if they were busy they called back the same day. They never gave me the run around they reached out to me when there were updates. Unfortunately in my case of multiple people in the accident my medical was very low so they did me a gracious favor and waived there fee for me so I could keep the whole check. It did result in 829 for my medical and I am very very grateful of them for not only taking my case but knowing and seeing that I am a human being and I was in need of a good lawyer. Ana was amazing from start to finish. Ana communicated with me throughout the entire case. Ana went above and beyond to meet every need I requested from car rental, appointments, doctor locations. Chris at the front desk was also great. He always made sure my messages were delivered and calls were returned. He was polite and made me feel welcomed any time I went into the office. Overall, this lawfirm did a great job and ensured my best interest was always priority.

I've never in my life been scolded or felt like the injury I sustained was my fault. Back story I was attacked at a Dutch Bros by a tweaker and Dutch Bros decided to ban me and apologized to the tweaker who punched my jaw twice and spit on a old lady. The intake team is trash and made me feel like I was at fault for my injuries. I took my business out of state and found a more qualified and respected intake team and attorney that is glad to help local las vegas residents since Michael Hau has a huge issue with his intake team particularly the snarky rude men working for him
