I had a deeply disappointing experience with Ms. Sojo at this law firm. From the very beginning, communication was lackluster, and I felt completely in the dark about the progress of my case. Emails and calls often went unanswered, and when I did hear back, it was often rushed and vague. She seemed more interested in pushing me to settle quickly rather than thoroughly reviewing my case or advocating for my best interests. I was promised regular updates and transparency, but that never materialized. Ultimately, I felt as though I was just another number to them and not a valued client. I would not recommend Ms. Sojo or this law firm to anyone seeking quality legal representation.
