I hired a junior in their law firm, Adam Trippiedi to handle a fairly simple quiet title action. It is easier to do then a Foreclosure. I typically pay $1,800 in attorney fees for a Foreclosure. However, in this case they have charged my $9,500. Nice when you can invent reasons for making useless and fruitless phone calls for $60 per short call!!! And that is how it racked up. Unbelievable. Furthermore, this firm is very difficult to deal with. They don't pass on the information you give them to help resolve your case. It is very obvious that they exist to milk you for all the money they can without producing any results. After $9,500 in attorney fees I'm still exactly where am was 1 year ago. No thanks to them. Tell your rookie small claims attorney Adam to stop calling and harassing me. If they choose not to cash the check that is their deal. I attempted to make payment but him calling me 20 times isn't productive and it's called harassment!!! His parents should be so proud he's a small claims attorney taking advantage of elders. What an embarrassment to your firm!
