We had an appointment today at 11:30 and we were waiting for a home call that we never received. Maybe there was a delay and I would get a call when they were able. Never received a call. So I had to call them. They said they called but they never did. I feel like they do not put their clients first. Maybe they felt our case wasnt relevant to them. I asked them “Do you not have Zoom calls and send emails for face to face calls”. That’s so much more professional and productive! I was put on hold and told I would possibly speak to the attorney and after was told I could not. So then I shared with them my opinion I said “let me share my perspective - it's essential to prioritize client appointments, and we appreciate your time. I am working with Mrs. Natalia in my husband's case. I find her very knowledgeable and professional but above all she is very kind, compassionate and treats you like family. She goes above and beyond to answer my questions, even when she is outside of business hours. I highly recommend her service and very thankful for her help and support.

The customer service is nice but not efficient. We have been waiting for over 2 weeks for documentation.

DON’T RECOMMEND!!! My husband had a case with them to become citizens and almost got him deported. They try to tell us to sponge his DUIs and try to charge us 3k again when immigration already knows about it and we talk to different lawyers a told us thats not gonna help him in nothing. We just now found it they wasn’t supposed to send his application on till this year in August. And they send it in last year in August .is been 2 months since his immigration appointment and we haven’t heard nothing back from them. All they did was stole our money and almost got my husband deported.
