Keep an eye on your documents with this firm. They will show you documents with acceptable numbers then after you electronically sign or approve, they will change the numbers on you. (AKA "Bait and switch") Their ability to math is bad. I am so angry and frustrated with this firm I'm having a hard time typing this as my hands are shaking.

One star is too many as far as I’m concerned. Involuntarily used them to close on my home as they work with the lenders I used. Closed on the 15th on a brand new home. I get an email on the 24th saying my homeowners insurance (from my closing funds) wasn’t paid by them. Have emailed and called for a week with no response. Had to call today and pay my homeowners insurance immediately out of pocket ($780) since it was CANCELLED due to no payment. Incompetent, unresponsive.

Absolutely unprofessional and don't follow any compliance laws or regulations. Unresponsive and when you force them by going into the office nothing is done and they will continue to do nothing. Will make sure I never work with them again.
