They were good leading up to closing but since then I have had various issues that have been unable to help me on. They are not detail oriented and did not get various things in writing that should have been done by a lawyer. And when I reach out to them they are either unresponsive or “unable to help” in their response. Totally wipe their hands clean. 1) we were told the propane tank was owned by the sellers. they did not get in writing that and right after closing, the propane company came and took the tank away. 2) we bought two parcels together and they should’ve created two separate deeds but we have one and now are running into issues.
