Great lawyer who seems to get the job done will work with you but the secretary that works in his office is mean and won't hear you out she will hang up on you and tell you to wait until Mr metzer can call you .
Rachael at the front desk is extremely rude and hung up on me in the middle of asking a question all because I didn’t want to give the reason for wanting to speak with the attorney over my case.

Trying to get this situation settled with a lady with a hit run on me with no insurance. Totaled my vehicle. Austin is trying to help out as much as possible.
This place is horrible and like to take advantage of people. Had to forward info to my lawyer . Still being charged after I’ve paid of debit .0/10 horrible communication
