Everything I said in my original review about Matthew Mesnik is true. After I hired him and signed our agreement, it took him several months to even get in touch with the opposing counsel. The delay caused numerous problems, and the opposing counsel was very upset, even accusing me in court of trying to avoid her. When the hearing appointment was being made. I went to his office to meet with him. My family doctor had agreed to testify on my behalf in court. I also wanted to contact my pharmacist, as their testimony about me being on strong pain medication would greatly help my case. I felt confident I could win.
