I got injured on the job and was facing Worker’s Compensation concerns. Friends encouraged me to contact an attorney. Would be 1 star but I’ve atleast been contacted after reaching out trying to figure out what is going on with my case which is absolutely nothing. Process started back in June. I reached out to see if it was possible to reopen my case from 4 years prior because I still have major lasting effects from my shoulder surgery. (Had a different attorney) Spoke with Daniel and he stated we could probably settle out the medical as I have out of pocket costs at minimum of biweekly chiropractic care just so I can function. After this I went through the process of getting my entire file from my previous attorney and hand delivered it to his office. After 2 months of not hearing anything I decided to reach out. First by email. No response. A couple weeks later by phone and I left a voicemail. Again n
