Best decision I EVER made - booking Mel to defend my case against the BON. He’s INCREDIBLY knowledgeable on Professional Law & truly knows his stuff. When it came time for court, he was the most organized attorney I’ve ever worked with. Communication is fantastic - never once had trouble getting ahold of him (this is a huge problem I’ve had with attorneys in the past). Any communication that was sent to him regarding my case, he made me aware. His pricing is VERY fair & he was so patient with us when things were tight. I wouldn’t have my license today without him (& his AMAZING paralegal Suseann!) going to bat for me. I am so very thankful for them & all they did to protect my license. I’d choose Mel again & again if I needed to!!!

My wife had an issue getting her license after training & passing all required tests. The licensing board was quite aggressive & antagonistic. Mel was able to turn the situation around and my wife received her license. I'm confident we would not have had the same result without Mel's help.

Called multiple times. When the calls were returned they were after business hours, so we did not speak. The staff is rude and answers the phone as law offices but does not identify the name of the firm. If he has enough clients to not need more, he and his staff should so state and not be rude to potential new clients. I will never dial his number again and neither should anyone else.

Mr Goldstein is the absolute best. He listens with intent and knows exactly how to handle your issue. He works fast and he's very professional. He stays in constant communication with you to assist you through the legal labyrinth.
