Update 4 months later from my original post: I ended up filing a Georgia Bar Complaint against this law firm with over 10 allegations so this should speak volume. After my father hired another law firm to look over my case, this firm submitted an MSPB case law instead of a EEOC case law and failed to argue my disability and failed to mention an investigative report was missing from my case, meaning an incomplete record that EEOC has reversed cases before for this reason. So the firm intentionally made me lose appeal to try to keep draining you for money. My father had to get another firm to present my reconsideration appeal accurately. Please know your rights to file Bar Complaints if you feel you were misrepresented. Do NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM, they don’t care about their clients. I thank G

This firm did not live up to our expectations. When you talk to them for consult you feel for positive about your case and that you can win. They will run your retainer out just on emails alone. You will have to email multiple times to get a response. They will ask you to send items you have already sent before. I think this is just to run your retainer out. Cut it down to the wire on deadlines. My husband rebuttal from them even had spelling errors and other errors in it. Very unprofessional. Retainer fee is also on the higher end for GA, others don’t charge this much. Go with someone else. I am responding to Melville Johnson response to my post. If I wasn't a client, can you kindly refund back the $7500 I spent to retain you. Our attorney was Rebecca Greene, who had me send in informati

Would like to post my thoughts on working with Mr. Scott Woodward, Client Intake Manager. In 54 years of life I had never had to utilize the service of an attorney. Now, the past two years I have had to do so twice. To say the least, I felt unsure of the process, fearful and skeptical. Immediately upon speaking with me, Scott identified these feelings as normal and began to help set those feelings at ease so I could move forward in understanding, thinking about the facts of my case and resting knowing that not only was someone on my side but, that my need to have someone on my side was valid. I am very thankful for Scott and the effort he gave in helping me as I sought help.

I was undecided with which law firm I wanted to go with to represent my case for medical retirement. I called Melville Johnson, PC and was greeted by Scott Woodward. After the initial phone conversation with Scott, I knew that was the firm I wanted to represent my case. Scott demonstrated professionalism at the highest level. His approach was inviting and it was easy talking to him considering the difficult time Im having with my medical conditions. His turnaround time to answer my emails, concerns, and get documents to me in a timely matter was impeccable. To me, this screams volumes about the law firm as Scott is the first person you encounter. And if Scott is this way, I know the firm sets the bar high.

I have dealt with attorneys all my life due to my prior and former occupation/s. (Over 34 years) Many, many State, Federal, as well as defense attorneys. I have only worked with Melville Johnson, Scott Woodward Client Intake Manager, and Jennifer D. Isaacs, Owner, and my initial intake attorney thus far, to access my cases. So far I have found this firm amazing knowledgeable, direct, straight to the point, highly versed in their fields, and very truthful. Mr. Woodward was amazing at his position, succinct in the questions he asked, he seemed to write everything I said and quoted same back to me with perfect clarity. Ms. / Mrs. Jennifer Isaacs got right to the point with her initial questioning, I responded with short clear answers to her question and that seemed to make the Intake go smo
