I began seeing Melissa after she took over from my previous therapist retired in 12/2019. We didn’t really click at first but I started to feel like I could begin to trust her after a while. Shortly after the pandemic began, around May or so, when my anxiety and depression got bad, she refused to acknowledge my texts or wishes to schedule an appointment and didn’t give me a reason. Seems rather bizarre for a therapist to do that, especially when the client has extreme anxiety and is bipolar and needed care at that point. Apparently changed her professional number and didn’t let me, still a client mind you, know leaving me to find another therapist. Apparently she can’t communicate well. Also told me I wouldn’t be billed for any telemedicine visits and I later got billed for the two I saw h

Intelligent thoughtful caring, challenges you to be your best. You know she is on your team. Highly, highly recommend!! But she won't put up with with nonsense, if you're not there to work to towards a goal, find a different person who'll take your money to complain. Consider yourself lucky if you're even able to get on her schedule. I appreciate her, her honest acceptance and insightful help.

I really appreciate all the efforts Mrs Sydor puts in with her clients. I have never seen anyone "go the distance" or be " so in tuned with the problems society faces today, as a whole" and to be able to navigate within our community to service the needs of those without the means, to receive quality care .
