Do not use Mrs.Benninghoff as your attorney. You will with out a doubt regret your choice. I was involved in the second biggest indictment in US history. I gave her so much evidence of parental aliegnation it could choke a horse. She did nothing, with it. She took my money and then started charging me more. 4500 and nothing got done she was never prepared would not make schd meetings her car broke down someone sick ect. Would not respond. DONT hire this lawer if you want anything done, you might as well flush your money. After I hired her I found several reviews all saying the same thing. This woman doesn't care, about ur case. Just her pocket book. I begged her to get my divorce over, she blew it off. If you love ur children and are a good parent she will get you screwed
