I was supposed to buy a house I put them as My attorney but the contract failed. They charge $1800 in today of the first appointment you give half, in my case the contract wasn’t complete and they did not return $750 half I paid. I would recommend to find an attorney that changes at the closing date, cause if anything happens and you don’t get to close the house, you lose the money. Definitely not happy
