This was my first time closing at this office of the selling of my home. I must say that from the time I walked in I was greeted and asked did I want something to drink coffee or water. Melaine and her team are very professional and very nice and made sure that we all was comfortable. During the process Melaine explained all the paperwork to the seller and the buyer for us to sign and made sure we knew what we was signing before signing the paperwork. I loved the atmosphere in their office very very clean office.

Attention buyers. If you are purchasing a property from a wholesaler and if the transaction didn’t close( not buyer fault), Melanie Mayer will take the seller(whole seller side, because they are her clients) and will not send your EMD back. My advice , stay away from that office.
