This is my second review, as my first one was flagged and removed after I was asked by Attorney McNamara to take it down. I feel it's important to share my experience to help others avoid what I went through. This office was extremely unprofessional and dishonest in handling my earnest money. I was still within my 14-day due diligence period when I rightfully canceled my real estate contract. Despite this, the office—serving as the trust holder—illegally initiated a title search without my consent. Teresa Stewart then withheld $200 from my earnest money to pay for this unauthorized title search and provided an invoice that I later found to be questionable, allegedly from a company based in Decatur, GA. Showed up when they were supposed to be open, they were closed. Called three different times of day, all during their business hours and no answer. Definitely not how a business should be run.
