Once your case is closed, if you want to ask questions around the details of the disposition, they will be pretty dismissive and will not call you back if they say that they need to follow up with you. Paralegals and their assistants seem to just care about getting your fees - the performance and communication afterwards is poor. They took nearly a year to resolve my case due to staffing changes on their end... because of this I had added points for charges that my attorney told me that they would dismiss. Persistent communication and clear transparency is on your side - something I would have expected from them given the fees.
