We bought a house in 2022, and they were the debt collector associated with a lien against the house. The lien was unrelated to me or my company, but we paid it at closing, so the debt from the previous owner has been satisfied, and I have ample documentation for that. Now, I'm trying to sell this house, and it turns out these clowns never released the lien they had. They admitted as much when I called them several days ago and said they'd resolve the issue. They still have not done that, and every time I call they just run me around. This is going to lead to a demonstrable loss if the home sale falls apart due to their negligence.

Lazy lazy lazy. I've been waiting from September 2023 for then to issue a check to me. It's now mid January 2024. Initially the paralegal told me it could take up 18-24 months to issue my check I thought she was joking. Whenever I call for an update I'm told there's a lot of people ahead of me. My reply was why don't y'all hire more people or do your job more efficiently. I wish I could give a minus star. Pray you never have to deal with McMichael Taylor Gray.

Unfortunately had to deal with them because they represent my mortgage company and it’s been the absolute worst experience! They will give you the run around and are extremely unprofessional! Exhausting dealing with them!

I can't speak for their legal services, but the woman who answers the phone is an absolute ANGEL. Very grateful for her kindness every month when I have to call to get information for my job.

You guys represent all that is wrong with corporate America. And your attorney got destroyed today in court! She should definitely look for anew line of work!
