I had two closings here for my clients. Christina was very helpful with explaining everything to my client, quick, yet detailed and professional! As a Realtor, she Madera sure I had everything I need as well. The receptionist was friendly too.

McMichael & Gray are some of the Best in the Business! They are very responsive, even if you are not an active client. A truly Stand Up Group!!!

The attorney showed up 50 minutes after the closing time & we ended up being there for 2.5 hours. I've closed at other McMichael & Gray locations & didn't have any issues. I'm all for allowing grace, but we were there entirely too long & it ruined my client's closing day experience. The only plus was the receptionist was really nice.

If I could give one star, I would. What an unfortunate experience for my client while closing on their first home. There were several issues during this transaction that reflected process breakdown, lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. There were no procedures in place for social distancing with the amount of people waiting to close at the end of the month except waiting in the car. There also was no option for curbside or virtual closing offered during the state of emergency to me as the agent and I am high risk. There was a breakdown of communication on several instances, including a closing time being set before checking with the builder and lender that had to be rescheduled. We waited until 8:45 pm on a Friday to close after the package being confirmed by the close
