Although Jenna and Caroline don't work at this office that I choose for my closing, I want to definitely acknowledge both of these woman for all their hard work in sealing this closure for me. It was a long, tiring and at times, very stressful process. Although this is their everyday job, they kept me well informed and up to date with what was needed. Today, I met the closing attorney, Amy. It wasn't just a process to her for this meeting. She was very kind and inviting. She added a personal and caring touch for this "business transaction"! Jovan the closing agent is extremely rude. Way to ruin the closing experience of a new home. Nasty, foul, ghetto attitude. Not sure how she qualifies for this job. She needs to work at Popeyes. Never met a more negative person in my life.
