We were forced to use this firm with relocation benefits from my husband’s job. Upon initial contact, things seemed to go okay; however, they did not do their due diligence and ensure that the property taxes were correctly prorated based upon the issued tax bill that was sent three months prior to the previous owners. Therefore, we were surprised with a tax bill that was significantly higher than expected (the previous owners were notified prior to our closing date of the increase, so they should have been “on the hook” for the taxes for 8/12 months). I attempted to contact the company multiple times (both via phone and email) after closing and determination of the (significant) discrepancy and never heard back. VERY frustrating.

We've closed a good bit of transactions with MMH and by far they are one of the best closing attorneys in the area. Good people, good communication, and there's always someone to help if there are questions / issues that need to be handled. Will continue to send all contracts to MMH.
