I used Jessica Haile to assist me with a fraudulent misrepresentation by a car seller. The seller had claimed the car had been in a very small accident, causing damage to a headlight frame. In actuality, the vehicle had been declared a total loss by an insurance company. When confronted, the seller essentially said, “tough luck”. Jessica wrote a demand letter that I would call a work of art. Within 24 hours of the receipt of the letter, the seller called me and very humbly agreed to unwind the sale and return my money in full. It was evident from the contents of the letter that Jessica had heavily researched the laws that related to the issue and included all the essential elements in the demand letter. Had the seller not returned my money in full, I felt in extremely good hands and
