Always a good time and smooth closing!!
We had a challenging closing yesterday and Malcom McLeod, Sandy & Jul got us through it. A reminder that you cannot bring cash or write a personal check at closing. Thank you to everyone at McLeod & Associates for staying calm and working through the situation to get this one closed. Hanging out for 3 hours wasn't so bad! Friendly staff but extremely lazy. Was unprofessional in transferring money to a not “local” (SunTrust/Truist) bank. Caused weeks of delays. Hours on the phone. And now trips to banks just to buy a new house out of state.
