I do not recommend Ed Anderson. After charging me over $40k in litigation fees in my child custody case, I was left almost bankrupt after my divorce. As a victim of domestic violence, I do not feel he advocated for me enough in York County family court hearings, where judges Thomas White and David Guyton repeatedly ruled in favor of my ex-husband, a former military officer.

I am extremely grateful to Jim Tucker. Jim is an experienced knowledgeable attorney. I came to Jim with an agreement my husband and I reached before he moved out. That agreement was eventually retracted and months later mediation did not find resolve. Going to court was not an option either of us wanted. My husband decided to release his attorney. We finally reached an amicable settlement. Throughout all of the chaos Jim’s stability, advise and encouragement were key in reaching the resolution. We are now divorced and I’m good! My divorce was the best as could be expected. The communication was slow in the beginning. My ex-wife stretched it out longer than the one year I was prepared for. Once we finally got to mediation I felt I was advised well but the pace was slow. Once we mediated the first time and saw she was being unreasonable then I knew I was being advised well! I know I made some concessions that my lawyer and financial advisor were not comfortable with but I just wanted it to finally be over. After two and a half years, we were able to get it to court for 2-3 days of a fight. We were prepared and my ex knew she was not going to get her way. It was over in an hour!
