So very unprofessional. My aunt passed suddenly. Never heard anything for over a month. Was told she, Melanie, would only communicate through email. Refuses to explain how certain questionable transactions took place

Called to inquire about hiring them to represent me for a traffic ticket. They didn't care to listen and because of that I think there was a misunderstanding. Instead of allowing me to explain, which is what I was trying to do, they told me to find another lawyer and hung up. The whole time it felt like they were only interested in getting off the phone, like I was wasting their time, and not listening to the details of the ticket and/or my concerns. If you are looking for a lawyer that will truly represent you and not just take your money, this is not the lawyer for you.

They been around for years (since I was a child) and probably even before that. This is my first time using them for anything. They are very helpful and great at what they do

Called to see about getting an appointment. Wouldn’t even see me due to fact that I’m on disability!! Told me to look at someone else!! This is even after I told her I had money to pay upfront for the divorce!!!
