I wouldn't recommend Mr. Roberts the defense attorney for this law firm. Mr. Roberts's seem to have a very non-chulant attitude at times acted as if I were worrying or bothering him even though I paid him. His communication was very poor I wouldn't often know what was going on with the case would have to run him down to find out things. His response to emails took forever. He was late one morning to court. At times it seems as if he was working with the prosecution and for the defense this is the perception that I got from his mannerisms he displayed towards me. I would recommend a bulldog of a attorney if you are in trouble and one who has your best interest at heart not someone who barely communicates with you and act like you are aggravating them.

From the start, communication was a major issue—he rarely responded to my calls or emails unless I repeatedly followed up through his paralegal. It felt like I had to chase him down just to get basic updates on my case. Throughout our interactions, Mr. Weinreb spent more time talking about his past successes than actually working on my child support case. Despite all the talk, he made little to no progress and provided minimal support or advocacy on my behalf.
