Bob Shaw is a real jerk. After not returning my call for about 2 weeks, I called again and he was just completely rude. Another attorney referred me to him because he (allegedly) deals with real estate. I told him I was trying to navigate a short sale on my house. He seemed to have no idea what that even meant. He told me that I'm the banks customer and I need to call them and handle it myself. When I told him I read that it helps to have an attorney contact them, he said "well I wouldn't believe everything you read. What am I supposed to do? Was referred from another attorney. Wasn't able to help us. Pretty disappointing because the other attorney said, "he was the best." And it certainly wasn't our experience. Finally fid find someone else to help us after this guy said to just give up.

They were great to work with. Very efficient and handled all of my requests quickly. Both Mr. McGinness and Stephanie made my overall experience an excellent one. I recommend them and will use them again in the future.
