Just attended the Advanced 1031 Tax Exchange class with McFerran Law, and it was incredibly helpful. The instructor broke down complex concepts with clear, real-world examples. We covered several topics including reverse exchanges, improvements on replacement properties, different ways to handle a boot, partnership considerations, and related-party transactions. I'm much more confident about navigating 1031 exchanges and supporting my client's needs.

Today Matt Link was the presenter on "When Death Comes" explaining Estate Planning and the Probate Process in the State of Washington. As a Realtor the conversation understanding Wills and Trusts was enlightening and knowledge gained to assist my clients and even family members.
