McFarlane Law Office, PA

I had McFarlane Law Office handle my sale of property, and they mostly did well. Their staff was responsive, and polite. The only complaint I have is how their office interpreted a section of an OTP around deferred tax status, and selected an action that caused me to pay a non-refundable tax penalty. Talking to another real-estate attorney, they mentioned that there was a different way this could have been handled, that would have made the penalty unnecessary. To specify, I don't believe McFarlane Law Office did anything wrong, they just handled a situation differently than another law office would have. If I was to sell another property in tax deferred status, I would use a different attorney's office.

We had McFarlane Law handle a land purchase closing. The process was super simple. The folks who work there were friendly, upbeat and took the time to handle all my dopey questions. They also get the job done right, the first time.

They were very polite, professional, and helpful. The office is effective and efficient while genuine caring. They took the time to help me and were patient with my questions so I clearly understood everything. I'd absolutely use them for another property closing and do recommend them to the people considering their services.

I used McFarlane Law firm recently for a couple of real estate transactions and both times they have worked quickly & efficiently and are also reasonably priced. I hope to be using their services again soon. Highly recommended
