Tom Dukes and Wil Vancol and their staff are the Top Notch legal team. They successfully defended my medical malpractice case. This was a long process, and they were always professional, organized, and gave honest assessments. They out-shined all the other attorneys representing the plaintiff and other defendants. Had a meeting with Dukes, he was completely unprepared...fumbling through depositions. I was embarrassed for his client...who came walking in with a cane. It was like watching My Cousin Vinny in person watching Tom fumble through his papers and depositions in the meeting. So unprofessional as was his demeanor, he makes no valid arguments just bully tactics with no legal merits it's quite embarrassing to watch him "practice" law.
